Leading foodservice provider Pallas Foods will tomorrow open the doors to its Inspiration Show - a must-attend fixture in the Irish hospitality calendar taking place over two days (Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 March) this week in the Rochestown Park Hotel, Cork.
Now in its sixth year, the Pallas Foods Inspiration Show offers a wide range of innovative new food products lined up for chefs and operators to discover and sample.
This Inspiration Show is open to anyone working in the hospitality sector in Cork, and the wider Munster region, and Pallas Foods has encouraged all chefs, restaurant and café owners, buyers and operations managers to pre-register their attendance on www.pallasfoods.com/shows. This year’s Inspiration Show features an exciting number of local Cork artisan food producers.
