Scottish hospitality sector software company Procure Wizard has been sold to UK software consultancy and developer firm the Access Group in what is thought to have been a multi-million pound deal.
Procure Wizard offers businesses that operate within the hospitality industry a range of digital services including online supply management, modules for managing the categorisation and classification of food and beverage products, P2P, and time and attendance.
At present, Procure Wizard has upwards of 25,000 users and over 200 clients, including Patisseries Valerie, MacDonald Hotels and Resorts, Le Bistrot Pierre and Reach Pubs.
Procure Wizard currently employs 50 people in the UK, all of whom will retain their jobs following the firm's acquisition by Access.
