Fitzers Catering has announced that it has been awarded the catering contract for three Horse Racing Ireland racecourses: Leopardstown, Fairyhouse and Navan. The contract is expected to generate catering revenues in excess of €10 million over the five year duration.
This is the second big contract signing by the award winning company this year, which also holds contracts for Titanic Belfast and Slane Castle. In March the Convention Centre Dublin announced that it had extended its contract with Fitzers Catering for a further 2 years. Fitzers Catering will now begin a mobilisation process which includes developing the bars and restaurant facilities in Leopardstown.
