Dublin-based travel software company Datalex has revealed that it expects to report losses in the range of $4 million to $6 million for 2018.
The company also said that it has shelved its profit outlooks of $3 million to $3.5 million for 2019 and $12 million to $13.5 million for 2020 pending a comprehensive review of company accounts which was launched in March.
AGM
Datalex, the products of which drive online bookings for airlines and travel firms such as Aer Lingus, Air China and Trailfinders, stated that it will provide its shareholders with a new outlook for 2019-2020 at its AGM on September 17, at which point it "expects to report a significant exceptional cost", according to The Irish Independent.
The firm's fiscal 2018 accounts are expected to be published in advance of the AGM.
