Irish property management company Aramark Property has today (Tuesday March 13) launched “Hero by Aramark”, a bespoke concierge app that allows office staff to avail of a range of popular services from the comfort of their desk.
The ‘Hero by Aramark’ app is available in premium office buildings managed by Aramark Property, and offers services such as dry-cleaning, laundry, clothing alterations, shoe repair, bicycle repair, and car valet. The app is currently available to staff and occupiers of three locations in Dublin 2 – St Stephen’s Green House, Stephen Court and 80 Harcourt Street - with the number of locations due to expand over the coming weeks.
After downloading the free app from the Apple or Google App Stores, the user simply scans a QR code unique to each building, leading them to a list of available services assigned to the property. All orders are serviced onsite, with the exception of dry-cleaning or laundry services which are collected and returned to the user the following day. Aramark intends to expand on the number of options available in the app to popular services such as beauty treatments, yoga & pilates classes, smart device repair, and more.
