A new £300,000 healthy eating venue called Stacks Healthy Kitchen is set to open at the Soloist Building near Lanyon Place in Belfast in September.
The Belfast Telegraph reports that the new restaurant will have seating for up to 60 diners and will generate 25 jobs for the city upon its opening.
Ireland-Wide Expansion
Stacks Healthy Kitchen owner James Deery declared that the venture could represent the start of an Ireland-wide expansion for the business, which is currently considering developing a further four venues in Northern Ireland.
