Northern Irish brothers and hotel owners Ben and Peter Ringland have developed a new 55-bedroom hotel on Howard Street in Belfast city centre.
As reported by The Belfast Telegraph, The Flint is one of two new hotel investments by the brothers in Belfast, with the Ringland Group also set to rebrand the Crescent Townhouse hotel of Botanic Avenue as the 1852.
Commenting on the fact that there are a number of new hotel developments happening in Belfast at the moment, including the opening of the 23-storey Grand Central hotel, Peter Ringland said, "There's a lot of supply coming on stream, but we're confident our product is a bit different. We're not too concerned.
"I'm only 28 myself, so everything is aimed at people around my age. It's 25 to 40-year-old corporate guests we're targeting."
Ringland also revealed that the second phase of The Flint will involve the opening of a 220-seat rooftop bar, saying, "It'll be on the eighth floor, overlooking the mountains and great views of the city."
