Dublin's Woollen Mills and Yarn, Washerwoman and Legal Eagle restaurants are being offered for sale and lease-back by Brian Montague of The Winding Stair group.
The three properties are being sold via Robert Colleran Property Consultants with a guide price of €8 million for all three, but are also available to purchase separately.
Locations
The Woollen Mills and The Yarn is located on the capital's Ormond Quay while The Washerwoman is in Glasnevin and The Legal Eagle is situated at 1/2 Chancery Place.
