The building that houses the Tribeca restaurant of Ranelagh, Dublin, has been put on the market for €2.1 million.
As reported by The Irish Independent, Tribeca, which is known for its chicken wings and brunches, has successfully traded on the premises for 16 years.
The 1,900 square foot property is arranged to encompass a modern restaurant at ground level and a wine bar on the first floor. The building is subject to two tease agreements with Top Range Catering, trading as Tribeca, which produce a total yearly rent of €156,000 and it is said that the sale will not affect the tenants' status.
