The Chawke Group has announced the opening of its third Fired Up Pizza restaurant, in Donnybrook, Dublin.
The New York-inspired restaurant serves neo-Neapolitan wood-fired pizza and supports small, independent Irish suppliers.
Wood-Fired Pizzas
Fired Up Pizza originally opened in May 2020, serving authentic wood-fired pizzas out of two repurposed shipping containers outside the Goat Bar, in Goatstown, Dublin.
Three years on, the chain is now operating from three locations: Goatstown, Rathfarnham, and now Donnybrook.
Fired Up Pizza is currently recruiting for a number of positions, including store managers, front of house, pizza chefs and delivery drivers.
‘True Italian Classic’
‘Since day one, we have strived to marry the true Italian classic with the best Ireland has to offer, to bring you a pizza experience like no other,’ according to a statement it released this week.
‘We’re passionate about serving the freshest ingredients available to us, and committed to supporting small, independent Irish suppliers across the country of Ireland.’
Free Pizza
Fired Up Donnybrook will be located on 55 Donnybrook Road, Dublin 4, and the new venue’s opening hours can be found on Instagram (@firedupizza), Facebook (@Fired Up Wood Fired Pizza) and the official website (www.firedupizza.ie).
To mark the launch, Fired Up gave away free pizzas on Thursday from 2pm.
