A restaurant at number 33-34 Essex Street East in Dublin's Temple Bar has been put on the market by CBRE with a sale price of €2.5 million or a rental rate of €200,000 per annum.
As reported by The Irish Times, the restaurant, located on the corner of Sycamore Street and Essex Street East, has an internal net floor area of 166 square metres between its ground and first floors, with an additional 100 square metres of space at basement level.
Bernadine Hogan of CBRE stated that the property has full planning permission for use as a restaurant as well as being suitable for a variety of other business ventures.
