Popular sandwich chain Subway is set to open its first drive through venue in Northern Ireland on Belfast's Boucher Road this summer.
Stephen Smith of real estate firm Osborne King, who negotiated the letting of the premises on the landlord's behalf, commented, "We are delighted to have secured a letting to Subway and particularly pleased they have chosen this site to operate their first drive through restaurant in Northern Ireland. Boucher Road is an ever popular retail/leisure location and we wish Subway every success for the future."
The restaurant will join the 2,500+ branches of Subway already operating across the UK and Ireland, and is expected to generate employment for up to 13 people in both full and part-time positions.
