A new eatery called Sea Church Restaurant has opened in the old schoolhouse in Ballycotton, Co. Cork.
The 82-seater restaurant has drawn inspiration from the sea for both its menus and interior, with the latter featuring a contemporary maritime décor.
"Delighted"
The restaurant's executive chef, Owen Davidson, stated, "I am delighted to be part of such an exciting project. The building's setting by the sea and its history within Ballycotton make it such a unique location for a restaurant....The menus take inspiration from the surrounding landscape, utilising the fantastic fresh seafood and ingredients we have right here on our doorstep."
