Roseville Rooms Restaurant at the Faithlegg House Hotel has been named "Best Hotel & Guesthouse Restaurant in Waterford" at the Munster Regionals of the Irish Restaurant Association Awards, which was held on Wednesday March 21 at Radisson Blu, Cork.
Head chef Jenny Flynn was there to accept the award on the night along restaurant manager Joe Barnes. Commenting on the win, Flynn said, “I am absolutely thrilled. I have a great community of local producers working with me to supply the very best of ingredients used throughout the menu at Faithlegg, not to mention the fantastic team in the kitchen without whom such awards would not be achievable.
“Creating an enjoyable and memorable dining experience for each guest is so important to us at Faithlegg. Food is becoming an increasingly significant factor for consideration when people are choosing a destination for business or pleasure and at Faithlegg we strive to ensure that we consistently deliver on the food experience.”
