Refurbishment works are underway at the former Central Bank building on Dublin's Dame Street to prepare the premises to be rented to new tenants.
Global real estate investment firm Hines is undertaking the project, which will see the top floor of the iconic building turned into a restaurant and bar.
The building is undergoing a facelift following its sale for around €67 million to a group of international real estate investors earlier this year.
The work is being carried out by John Paul Construction and temporary hoarding has been erected around the pedestrian plaza.
