The property's listing on BidX1's website states, "The property is arranged over ground and first floors to provide a mid-terrace restaurant building. Internally, the property comprises a ground floor restaurant together with ancillary accommodation overhead. [Its] total floor area [extends] to approximately 125 square metres (1,347 square feet)."
The listing adds, "The entire property is at present let to an individual t/a, Riina's Café, for a term of nine years from [January 1, 2013] at a contractual rent of €12,000 per annum, exclusive of rates and VAT. The vendor has advised us that no rent is being received."
