The Restaurants Association of Ireland (RAI) has welcomed the Irish government's announcement that restaurants, cafés and gastropubs will be permitted to reopen their indoor dining areas on Friday December 4.
Advocating The Adoption Of "Best Practice"
RAI CEO Adrian Cummins stated, "We will continue to advocate for our members to adopt best practice and to follow existing and new guidelines announced [by the government].
"A Christmas Season Like No Other"
Cummins added, "This will be a Christmas season like no other, and we welcome the additional supports announced for our colleagues in the wider hospitality sector who unfortunately will be unable to open their doors."
