The property that houses Art Café on Dublin's Gardiner Street has hit the market with a guide price of €600,000.
35-Year Lease
According to Richard O'Neill of selling agent Artis Real Estate, the property is let under a 35-year lease at an annual rent of €48,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 7.28%. The lease began in June of 2012 and allows open market rent reviews every three years.
The property includes café and restaurant facilities on its ground floor and a retail area on its first floor.
