The building that is home to Salamanca Tapas Bar and Restaurant has been put on the market with offers in excess of €2.8 million being sought for the property.
Property consultants Bagnall Doyle McMahon are handling the sale of the building, which is located in a prime city centre location on 1 St Andrews Street, adjacent to St Andrew's Church, reports The Irish Times.
Salamanca was founded in 2002 and offers a variety of Spanish tapas dishes.
The four-storey, 443 square metre building is held on a 25-year lease from March 2014 with five yearly rent reviews, the first of which is scheduled for March 2019. It has a current rent of €155,000 per annum, with break options available in 2029 and 2034.
