New accounts for Supermac's have revealed that the fast food chain's pre-tax profits increased 8% to €23.7 million last year while its revenues rose 9.5% to €172 million.
Meanwhile, the number of people directly employed by Supermac's (Holdings) Ltd amounted to 1,720 at the end of last year.
"Very Happy"
The Irish Independent quotes Supermac's managing director Pat McDonagh as saying, "We are very happy with [the performance], but that is last year and you have to drive on."
