Baker Tilly Accountants has announced that PBR Restaurants Limited has successfully exited examinership, saving 72 jobs in Dublin.
In August, Baker Tilly managing partner Neil Hughes was appointed as the examiner to PBR Restaurants, which operates six food and drink venues in the greater Dublin area under the brand names Fish Shack, Ouzos and Kelly & Coopers.

Hughes stated, "I am delighted that PBR and its six operations has secured its future with a team of new investors coming on board. The securing of fresh investment into the company has preserved the employment of 72 members of staff."
