Northern Irish café business Synge & Byrne has opened a new outlet at The Junction Retail and Leisure Park in Co. Antrim.
As reported by The Irish News, the new Synge & Byrne outlet at the The Junction is the business's fifteenth outlet to date, is 1,724 square feet in size, and will serve items sourced from suppliers such as Yellow Door and Java Republic as well as items from Synge & Byrne's own bakery.
The opening of the new Synge & Byrne outlet at The Junction has coincided with the opening of a Heat MMA martial arts fitness club, which includes a fully-equipped gym, at the Co. Antrim retail and leisure park.
According to The Irish News, the new Synge & Byrne outlet and Heat MMA fitness club have opened at The Junction following a combined investment of £120,000.
Junction Centre Director Statement
The Irish News quotes Junction centre director Chris Flynn as saying, "The arrival of Heat MMA complements our existing sports credentials perfectly with anchor tenants Nike and Asics, and Synge & Byrne is a fantastic addition."
Junction Owner Senior Asset Manager Statements
Additionally, The Irish News quotes senior asset manager at Junction owner Lotus Property Craig Stewart as saying, "We're encouraged by these two new leasing deals, which were completed as we awaited the Executive's definitive dates for easing of lockdown restrictions."
Stewart reportedly added, "These latest developments are the first in a pipeline of positive leasing activity that's happening at The Junction, so watch this space for more exciting news in the coming weeks and months."
