NoLIta Dublin has announced the launch of a new menu, which introduces American-inspired dishes alongside the restaurant’s traditional Italian offering.

Based in Central Dublin, NoLIta aims to blend New York’s Little Italy atmosphere with authentic Italian cuisine.

“Our new menu blends the bold flavours of New York with the Italian favourites NoLIta guests have come to love,” said Cian Noctor, NoLIta’s head chef.

“I’m excited to share these creations with our guests. This is a fun and colourful menu, which I wanted to reflect the energetic and vibrant atmosphere of the venue.”

Pizza lovers will be glad to know that NoLIta’s signature wood-fired authentic Italian pizzas will still be very much a staple on the menu, with some new additions.

Mortadella Pizza with Burrata and Chunky Pistachio Pesto is just one new offering on the menu, while a standout new dish is the Breakfast Pizza, a unique combination of Fior di Latte mozzarella, pork sausage, crispy bacon, black pudding, and a fried egg.

Flavours Of Italy

“At NoLIta Dublin, we are excited to introduce our new, reimagined menu that brings the heart of Italian-American cuisine to life,” said Shane Greene, NoLIta’s general manager.

“This new direction allows us to blend the cherished flavours of Italy with the warmth and creativity of its American counterpart.”
