Dublin's thriving food scene shows little sign of slowing down as three new restaurants opened their doors this month.
Sandycove favourite Fish Shack Cafe has opened up new premises on Parliament Street. Seafood lovers will be able to eat Dublin Bay prawns, lobster crab mac and cheese, as well as traditional fish and chips from 12 to 10pm daily.
Meanwhile, Cantina, a former Mexican food truck from Galway has set up permanently in Citywest outside the capital. It will offer taco's filled with chorizo con carne, beef barbacoa, chicken marinated in lime and chillies, as well as it's signature Bandido hot sauce.
Burrito favourite, Boojum, which previously spoke about its expansion plans to open up four new stores, last week opened up on Lower Abbey Street.
