The sister project of Roasted Brown will be located on Talbot Street in Dublin 1 and opens this week.
In addition, there are two more entries to Dublin's gourmet coffee scene with the launch of Fia Cafe in Rathgar and another 3FE on Sussex Street. The latter, which has its own roastery as well as a cafe on Grand Canal Street, currently supplies many of Dublin's cafes with their coffee beans.
Gallery Restaurant in Swords has been re-launched as Fennel. The new venture is backed by the McGettigans family and has Peter Clifford as head chef, according to TheTaste. Clifford says it will serve simple, casual, modern food.
Meanwhile, Forest & Marcy, the new sister project to John and Sandy Wyer's Forest Avenue in Dublin, will open its doors for the first time next Wednesday (11 May) on Lesson St. Upper in the capital.
