A brand new three-story restaurant, food market and steakhouse, which is currently under construction next door to the Clarence Hotel on Dublin's Wellington Quay, is set to open its second-floor eatery, Roberta's, on Friday (19 May).
The contemporary bistro, which offers dishes influenced by both American and Italian cuisine will be run by the Fade St. Social's former head chef, Troy Watson. Its menu encompasses a wide range of culinary choices from wood-fried duck hearts and braised fennel to a variety of pizza dishes, with the aim being to cater to the taste of all potential customers, reports lovindublin.com.
The restaurant has been described as having rooftop courtyard in the centre of the complex that's bathed in natural light from all angles and features an outdoor seating area, as well as views of both the Temple Bar and the Liffey.
Roberta's also has a number of private function rooms. It will be open seven days a week.
