Mixed-Use Development That Houses A McDonald's Restaurant In Midleton, Co. Cork, Hits The Market

A mixed-use development that houses a McDonald's restaurant in Midleton, Co. Cork, has hit the market via estate agency Lisney with a guide price of €5.5 million.

35-Year Lease

As reported by The Irish Times, the unit that houses the development's McDonald's restaurant is let to McDonald's at a passing rent of €79,994 per year, and McDonald's occupies the unit on a 35-year lease that started in 2004 with five-year upwards-only rent reviews and no tenant break option.

Other Features

The development, which is located to the west of Main Street in Midleton, also includes 36 apartments, offices, retail accommodation, car parking and residual lands that extend to 15.6 acres.
