McDonald's in Cork To Be Sold By Tender This Month

A drive-through McDonald's restaurant located on New Mallow Road in Blackpool, Co Cork, is set to be sold by tender on September 28.

The Irish Times reports that Cork agent Cohalan Downing is guiding €2.5 million for an investment opportunity in the recently refurbished property, which encompasses 305 square metres and is currently let to McDonald's for an annual rental rate of €165,000 on a lease that lasts until 2035.

The building is accessible from the N20 on approach to the north-side of Cork city and is also in close proximity to Blackpool shopping centre and retail park, as well as a Topaz filling station and the Noel Deasy car dealership.
