Irish rugby player John Muldoon has been announced as the new ambassador for the ‘Fresh’ range of Supermac’s Irish beef and chicken products.
Supermacs managing director Pat McDonagh commented: "John is an icon of Irish rugby and has proven himself as a great competitor. He has always brought a fresh approach to his demeanour on and off the pitch. He is a natural fit for this fresh range of products and the Supermac’s brand in general."
Muldoon responded by stating: "One of the things that makes Supermac’s unique is that they listen to their customers and give them what they want. One of the things that customers looked for was 100% fresh Irish beef and chicken. When you compare these fresh products to frozen offerings, you know that the customer is the primary focus of what Supermac’s do."
McDonagh went on to assert: "We only use beef sourced from Irish farmers. Our 5oz burgers are made from prime cuts of beef and are cooked to order. This means that your burger or grilled chicken does not touch the grill until after you order. It is cooked fresh every time."
The fresh campaign will include a national six week outdoor campaign as well as TV, radio, print and online advertisements.
