It's been reported that British restaurant company the Ivy Collection is planning on opening its first venue outside of the UK in Dublin next year.
According to The Sunday Times, while the company wouldn't reveal where in the city its hoping to locate the outlet, the Ivy Collection's owner, Caprice Holdings, expects to have a ready-made clientele in Ireland, including British expats and Irish executives who travel regularly to London.
It is rumoured that the restaurant's likely location will be at the mixed development site currently under construction on the corner of Dawson Street called One Molesworth Street.
The five-storey building, which was designed by Henry J. Lyons architects, will be made up of vertical glass fins, solid bronze and bronze-anodised brise-soleil and is being marketed as an "iconic site".
The Ivy Collection has brasseries in London, Bristol, Buckinghamshire and Surrey.
