One of Galway city's best-known bakeries and cafés has been listed on the market.
As reported by The Irish Independent, Griffins Bakery & Tea Rooms has offered its retail outlet on either a sale and leaseback deal on a long-term lease or a vacant property.

The property, which is located at 21 Shop Street, has a guide price of €1.6 million.
The café is listed on the website of auctioneer O'Donnellan & Joyce.
The outlet has a total area of 5,035 square feet over four floors, featuring a large retail area, two tea rooms to the rear, a bakery kitchen and storage rooms.
