Healthy fast food chain Freshly Chopped has announced that it will be opening five new branches in the Republic of Ireland this week.
Lovin.ie reports that the first of these outlets opened at Waterford's City Square Shopping Centre yesterday (Monday December 4), with an outlet at Turvey in Co. Dublin opening today (Tuesday December 5) and an additional three outlets launching on Eyre Square in Galway, in Wilton in Cork and at the IFSC in Dublin tomorrow (Wednesday December 6).
Commenting on the openings, Freshly Chopped managing director Brian Lee said, "We are delighted to be finishing the year on such a strong note, achieving what we believe is a first in the Irish food business. Opening five new stores in one week is a highlight of my professional career to date. Wednesday will be a landmark day in our history as we travel around the country to open three outlets in three provinces, all in just 24 hours."
