Accounts for the company behind Four Star Pizza, Gonville, have revealed that the pizza chain's profits doubled to €272,000 last year.
Meanwhile, turnover increased from €1.64 million to €1.77 million, and the chain served more than 4.5 million pizzas and used 500 tonnes of cheese, as reported by The Irish Independent.
Possible British Expansion
Four Star Pizza currently has 55 outlets on the island of Ireland and the company is also considering expanding into Britain.
