Award winning chef Stefan Matz (pictured) has launched Stefan Matz Catering Consultancy, a business designed to provide comprehensive and professional catering consultancy services to the Irish hospitality industry.
Matz has plenty of experience in the industry having spent over 25 years in some of Ireland’s best kitchens, including Ashford Castle, Erriseask House and Delphi Adventure Resort.
Working in partnership with John Masterson and Warren McElhone, the company provides a selection of services, including restaurant and menu concept design and implementation, food safety implementations and maintenance and recipe development specific to an individual venue. These services are available on an ad-hoc basis for specific projects as well as on an on-going fixed term contract.
The firm also offers extensive training as part of its services, such as certified food safety and manual handling training, recipe specific food training and culinary training based on client requirements.
