The owners of the Irish franchise of US burger chain Five Guys are seeking to expand their operation by opening a new restaurant in Dublin's Liffey Valley shopping centre.
Five Guys already operates three venues in Ireland, one of which is on the capital's Georges Street, one of which is in Dublin's Dundrum Town Centre and one of which is in Belfast.
Prominent Bidder
According to The Irish Times, Liffey Valley is currently looking to add two new venues to its portfolio of restaurants and Five Guys is said to be one of the most prominent bidders for the larger of the two units.
It is thought that the deals for the shopping centre's two new restaurants will be finalised within the next six to eight weeks.
