A new bar and restaurant called The Legal Eagle is set to open at 1/2 Chancery Place, just off Dublin's north quays next month.
According to lovindublin.com, the venue will feature an old-fashioned pub menu in its downstairs bar area, offering food such as roast-in-rolls, roasted bone marrow, rump heart, cauliflower rarebit, Shropshire Blue souffle and roasted-buttered turnip tops among many other options.
Additionally, restaurateur Elaine Murphy, stated: "We are also making our own crisps, our own pickled eggs, and even have a DIY crisp sandwich on offer with batch and homemade butter."
As far as drinks go, The Legal Eagle will have twenty craft beers on tap, over 200 wines on a list prepared by Sean Gargano and a small selection of classic cocktails.
