A restaurant space under the Pavilion Theatre in the Dublin seaside town of Dún Laoghaire has become available to rent through Agar for €100,000 per year, plus rates and service charge.
Encompassing 316 square metres, the premises, located at Unit 8, the Pavilions, features interior seating space for up to 140 customers as well as an outside seating area for a further 32 customers by way of licence from the council.
The venue is being offered on a 10-year lease that's subject to open market rent review in year five.
