The Beaufield Mews Restaurant of Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, will cease operations at the end of September after more than seven decades of doing business.
Finishing "On A High"
Talking to The Irish Times, the venue's owner, Julie Cox, said, "We wanted to finish on a high. We had a brilliant summer and were really busy, and I think this is the best way to go. I want to do other things."
Cox told The Irish Times that a decision has not yet been reached about the future of the premises following the restaurant's closure on September 29.
