Domino's Pizza Group Plc has announced that Natalia Barsegiyan and Lynn Fordham will join its board as independent non-executive director on September 16.
Upon their appointments, Barsegiyan and Fordham will become members of the group's nomination, remuneration and audit committees.
Additionally, the group's former interim chief financial officer, Neil Smith, has been appointed as its permanent CFO and will also join the Domino's board on September 16.
