The Dockside Deli by Galway Bay Seafoods has launched a new casual dining eat-in area at Galway city's docks.
"Commitment To Develop A Unique Seafood Destination"
Owner of The Dockside Deli Noel Holland stated, "My father set up Galway Bay Seafoods in 1950, and though tradition is strong within the business, we have always adapted and changed to keep ahead of the pace. This new evolution of the business is an extension of our commitment to develop a unique seafood destination in the heart of Galway city. We want to provide an authentic taste of the docks for the people of Galway and beyond."
"An Exciting Project"
Meanwhile, The Dockside Deli's in-house chef, Dara O'Neill, commented, "This is such an exciting project and one I'm very proud to be a part of. With fresh fish and seafood coming straight off the fishing boats at the docks into us to prepare and serve, you just can't get fresher than that. Having fishermen, fishmongers and chefs working together in such close proximity, and for visitors to get to experience that entire seafood experience first hand, is something really unique."
