In its latest move to attract Irish customers, on-demand food delivery service Deliveroo are doing free deliveries for the rest of July.
Oliver Dewhurst, Deliveroo Country Manager for Ireland, said that the company is enjoying a busy summer season as more and more customers choose to use the service, and as a thank you to customers, the company will waive the usual €2.50 charge until the end of the month, reports lovindublin.com.
"Over the next two weeks, when you order from any participating restaurant through Deliveroo our delivery fee will be automatically removed – which will hopefully give our customers even more of an excuse to order quality restaurant food to their door or desk," said Dewhurst.
In June, Deliveroo reported a successful twelve months for Deliveroo in Ireland, with revenue reportedly reach €166 million for this past year.
The free deliver is available in Dublin, Cork and Galway.
