Celebrity chef Richard Corrigan's UK and Ireland restaurant group, Richard Corrigan Restaurants Holdings Ltd, recorded operating profits of £426,310 last year.
As reported by The Irish Independent, the group includes Corrigan's Virginia Lodge business in Co. Cavan, where revenues rose 22% from £1.8 million to £2.22 million last year.
Total Revenues And Pre-Tax Loss
Meanwhile, the group's UK revenue decreased from £8.98 million to £8.78 million and total revenues at the group grew from £10.8 million to £11 million. Additionally, the group recorded a pre-tax loss of £397,753.
