Chef and owner of Co. Kilkenny's Kilkieran Cottage Ade Walsh has teamed up with Belgian chef and restaurateur Filip Verheyden to transform Kilkieran Cottage into a gourmet restaurant.
Food
Verheyden is a chef with decades of Michelin star cooking experience in mainland Europe who brings a French Mediterranean basis to the kitchen, focussing mainly on fish and seafood dishes complemented with sauces, while Walsh's Indonesian heritage brings Asian influences to the pair's food.
Grand Opening
Verheyden are currently prepare for their new venture and a grand opening later in the year.
