Scottish-Italian chef Nico Simeone is opening a new branch of his Six by Nico restaurant business on Waring Street in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter in March.
"The Perfect Location"
Simeone currently operates Six By Nico restaurants in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The Belfast Telegraph quotes the chef as saying, "Belfast is the perfect location for our next venture and I couldn't think of a better location than the vibrant food and drinks scene of the Cathedral Quarter. We are really looking forward to collaborating with local businesses and have people from the city join our team."
Revolving Menu
Like its Scottish counterparts, Six by Nico Belfast will feature a revolving menu that reinvents itself every six weeks with themes based on different places, memories or ideas.
