Irish-owned restaurant group Camile Thai Kitchen is celebrating its continued expansion in Kildare with the official opening of its restaurant in Carton Park, Maynooth.

Joining outlets in Naas and Newbridge, Kildare’s third Camile Thai restaurant opens in response to increasing demand from customers.
This latest addition to the chain brings the total number of Camile Thai restaurants across the island of Ireland to 43, creating 22 new jobs in the local area.

Commenting on the opening of the new outlet, Camile Thai Kitchen CEO Brody Sweeney said, “We’re delighted to be expanding the Camile Thai offering in Kildare with the opening of our latest restaurant in Maynooth, delivering real value and choice to local workers and students with the launch of our new Camile Saver menu options. Our third outlet in Co. Kildare – and our fourth to launch this year – Maynooth is the first restaurant under Shabu Madaparambil, who has worked closely with me since Day One to build the Camile Thai brand into what it is today, so it’s a real milestone for the business.”
Camile Thai Kitchen Launches National Good Mood Day
The aforementioned follows news that Camile Thai Kitchen has detailed Ireland’s first National Good Mood Day.
Taking place on Tuesday 28 March, the occasion aims to bring people together through the power of food, and it was developed in response to a recent survey, conducted by the Irish restaurant group, in which 70% of respondents called for its creation.
