Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM) has held the first in a series of innovation workshops, in a new purpose built innovation facility in Clonakilty, Co. Cork, which will aim to drive innovation in the seafood sector.
Entitled ‘Driving Profit Through Innovation’, the workshop focused on emerging innovation processes in the seafood industry, and featured presentations by BIM, Tesco Ireland, University College Cork, Glanbia, Bullseye Marketing, Oakland International, Enterprise Ireland and Bord Bia.
