The fourth annual Big Grill BBQ and Craft Beer Festival is set to take place on the south side of Dublin in August, with the lineup featuring several well-known chefs from across the UK, America and Ireland.
North Carolina native Andy Ricker, who has earned himself a reputable reputation worldwide as a cookery writer, restaurateur and authority on Thai cuisine, will headline the event alongside British barbecue heavyweight Neil Rankin and Irish Masterchef judge Robin Gill.
Also contributing his culinary skills will be Barry Fitzgerald of Dublin 8 restaurant Bastible, who was quoted in The Irish Times as saying that he'll be cooking with his sous chef Brendan Kearney and is looking forward to preparing offal dishes over an open fire.
Aside from offering attendees the opportunity to feast upon food forged by world-class chefs, the festival will also feature in-depth talks and demos, DJs and live music and a wide range of craft beers from brewers such as Wicklow Brewery, Franciscan Well and Porterhouse Brewing Co.
The Big Grill BBQ and Craft Beer Festival will be held in Herbert Park, Ballsbridge between 17-21 August.
