Two pubs in the Drumcondra area of Dublin have hit the market.
As reported by The Irish Independent, commercial real estate firm CBRE is quoting €900,000 for the Cat & Cage pub and €1 million for Quinn's, which are both popular with GAA fans due to their close proximity to Croke Park.

The Cat & Cage is a two-storey premises that includes a public bar, a lounge bar, a function room, a catering kitchen and stores, while Quinn's is a three-storey over basement property that includes a public bar, a lounge bar, a function room and smoking areas.
