Humdinger's

According to its listing on DngReidAndCoppinger.ie, the business is being sold as going concern, and the restaurant has been recently renovated, is fully-fitted, and includes catering equipment, pint of sale, display, CCTV, parking to the front and side, a side entrance for deliveries, and a yard area to the rear.
The listing on DngReidAndCoppinger.ie also states that the property is 1,087 square metres or 11,700 square feet in size.
Roman's
Roman's café/bistro of Stephen Street, Co. Waterford, is being sold via Palmer Auctioneers for €129,000.
According to its listing on Palmer.ie, the property includes a ground floor café/bistro premises in turnkey condition in Waterford city, electric air conditioning, an alarm, an open plan dining area with seating for 21 people, a kitchen with a bar, toilet facilities, and a store room and pantry, and the tenant is not affected.
The listing on Palmer.ie also states that the property is 452 square feet in size.
Melody's
Melody's Bar, Off-Licence and Grocery of Ballymacarbry, E91 X446, is being sold via P F Quirke & Co Ltd for €250,000.
According to its listing on Pfq.ie, the property will be sold via an auction that will start at 11.30am on Tuesday 26 April, and it includes a well-fitted bar, lounge and snug, a covered smoking area, extensive storage, an off-licence, and a grocery and residential section.
The listing on Pfq.ie also states that the property has a large enclosed yard with secure storage to the rear.
