The Magic Carpet pub of Cornelscourt, south Co. Dublin, has been purchased by an established Irish developer.
Price
The 2.7 acre property hit the market with a €12 million price tag in February of 2019, and was sold by the Crowley family.
Development Potential
According to The Irish Independent, the pub's site has the potential for the development of 74 homes and 1,000 square metres of commercial space.
